How do I take care of my clay sculpture?

  • Gloss varnish is splash-proof and scratch resistant 
  • Keep away from standing water; not dishwasher safe
  • Wipe down with a damp cloth

 

Do you accept custom/personalised orders?

Yes I do! I can add names, change colours or draw personal symbols on any designs you see in my shop. If you're looking for something 100% original, I'm your girl; those are my favourite kind of commissions! Either way, just pop me a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

 

How long do clay items take to make?

2-3 weeks. A lot of time, effort and skill goes into making each piece. From the ideation stage and the long list of steps in the process, to the day(s) drying time required in between each step - which can also be weather dependant - I make every effort to be speedy. However, quality takes time.

 

Why are they packaged in random boxes?

I try very hard to recycle all packaging materials I receive in the post, much to the annoyance of my partner, who hates the cupboard of empty boxes. They may be second hand, but they are beautiful because they contribute to reducing waste and doing a little bit less to the planet. Plus, the money I save on buying new postage and packaging materials means you save money too. 

 

Do you post to the EU, US or AU?

Yes I do! However, please expect a potentially long wait, as international postal services can experience issues which cause delays, especially in the festive season. This means I cannot guarantee that internationally shipped items will arrive in time for Christmas day. 

 

What if I want an exchange or a refund?

  • I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order
  • The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: custom or personalised orders

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
